C. Bring us pre-foreclosure leads and get paid for two transactions. How does it work?
1. You bring us a:

b. pre-foreclosure lead
c. highly leveraged-no equity ok.
2 If the homeowner wants to stay in their home our loss mitigators will do their best to negotiate a loan modification agreement with their lender. You can earn a small fee for this.
3. If it is past the point of no return we secure a contract and immediately ask you to list the property for sale while our loss-mit. team begins the short sale process.
4. You find a ready, willing, and able buyer.
5. We have transactional financing or cash in place to buy A-B.
6. We close on B-C. This whole process normally takes 4-6 months.
7. Your commission on A-B is paid by the lender. Your commission on B-C is paid by Blue Light.
